This session starts with Madalena Costa showing us the groundwork you need before you write a single line of code or a single prompt.

Then you spend the rest of the afternoon actually building alongside others, with support in the room.

No need to know anything about AI or coding, this can be your first time ever using it. Just show up!

• How to start the process of creating a digital product, and what the real first step actually is
• What you need to have prepared and decided before development begins
• The logic and structure that has to live in your documentation for vibe coding to work properly
• A practical checklist of everything that needs defining before you build, and how that checklist changes depending on whether you are vibe coding or not

• A room full of founders working through the same problems at the same time
• Something built by the end of the afternoon, however rough it looks
